At the December meeting we were joined by guest speaker, Steve Rader of NASA (Johnson Space Center, Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation) who discussed NASA’s Efforts to Adapt to Relentlessly Increasing Rates of Change and the Future of Work through Open Innovation and Open Talent.  He examined the how rapid changes in technology are driving seismic shifts how organizations must innovate and work. It covered NASA’s journey over the past 10 years transitioning to new methods for innovation. It examined the impacts of digital transformation including AI & automation and how crowd-based platforms around open innovation and open talent are driving a reinvention of how work gets done.
