The first hour focused on Getting Hybrid Work Right. i4cp shared the latest research on vaccination policies, followed by discussion on:
- Your company's vaccination policies/mandates. Do you have one? If yes, what is it and what is the reason for it? How are employees reacting to it?
- Employee share of healthcare cost, specifically surcharges if unvaccinated. Does your company plan to do this? If yes, why or if no, why not? What percentage surcharges are planned? How are you checking if employees are vaccinated or not? What about dependents?
- What are your company's plans for providing childcare or elder care assistance until fully able to have employees return to the office?
The next two hours were dedicated to roundtable discussion, based on the topics selected by the board members.
