In 2020, many organization opted to pause their regular performance management rating process to ease the strain on employees already experiencing an incredibly stressful year. Now, organizations are determining how whether to keep, toss, update, or replace their performance management rating process in 2021 and beyond.
For this session, we featured three amazing panel members who shared their respective experiences with significant shifts in how their organizations design and utilize performance management as well as lessons learned from transitioning from more traditional performance management processes – including moving away from standard ratings.
