Organizational cultures that enable and support purposeful collaboration do so via the alignment of three key elements - all of which are clearly linked to high market performance. These elemens work in unison to shape and move culture: leadership, work management, and talent practices. When these practices are in place, collaborative organizations are able to produce innovative solutions, execute work efficiently, and thrive at work and in life.

Effective collaboration enables aspirational results. Collaboration is the creation of the fabric that bonds us together. It’s not an outcome, it’s an enabler. We all experience collaboration hurdles. There is a tension between the promise of collaboration and our what our lived realities are. Challenges we experience include getting stuck in silos, not finding agreement on next steps/priorities, and sending too many emails or having too many meetings.
