We have faced years of uncertainty with no clear answers for the future, and there are more disruptions ahead that will continue to upend any assumption of normal. Some disruptions can be predicted while others remain unknown until the challenge fully arises. In either case, they test our organizations’ most powerful assets, our people, to find new levels of strength, resilience, and agility. But how can we support our employees’ holistic well-being throughout this process?
In this meeting, we will explore:
- What are the past disruptions we’ve faced as HR professionals, and how have they changed us?
- What are the proactive principles of managing disruption that we can we on?
- How do we create a culture of care in our work teams?
- How can we quickly and effectively mobilize to support employee's well-being across a variety of events?
Building on groundbreaking research by both i4cp and Rob Cross, the Employee Well-Being Exchange is a peer-driven community working group that explores the relational sources of well-being, how personal networks impact this, and the tools to support individual performance and well-being.
