We continue to explore the four relational drivers of well-being -- purpose, resilience, physical health, and growth -- that are inextricably linked the social fabric of our lives. In this session, the Employee Well-being Exchange will discuss how we can best support employees' physical, mental and emotional health and their direct impact on job performance.

We will examine both employee benefits and the organizational and team culture that impact individual behaviors and how to create effective nudges that support healthy choices.

Our guiding questions include:

  • How employers can nest physical and mental health incentives in social networks to improve their effectiveness and sustainability?
  • What new initiatives or programs are you exploring, piloting, or implementing to support employee health?
  • How can we avoid clinical claims through preventative wellness benefits?
