Building on our last session on leveraging design thinking to better understand your employees, their journey, and their needs and desires, we will discuss how to use this understanding to establish a strong employee experience strategy. Hear from i4cp research experts on the five elements that form the foundation of an effective employee experience strategy.

We will learn from a panel of our own Exchange member leaders to explore the following questions:

•       How did you build the business case for change?

•       What elements did you decide to double down on? What have you prioritized?

•       How have you built collaboration across stakeholders/owners?

•       How are you measuring results and ROI?
