Combating Talent Loss: An i4cp Board Cross-Functional Meeting

i4cp strives to explore the most pressing HR issues through a unique, multi-faceted lens. For this January 19 meeting, which brings together all six of i4cp's Boards, we hosted an in-depth discussion on the key drivers for improved talent retention. We had a deep dive into systemic and programmatic responses to combat the root causes of talent loss, ranging from burnout and wellbeing to flexibility and compensation.

We will discuss your views on talent loss - from both a functional role and individual organization. We also explored the nature of the problem - how complex and multi-faceted it is - as well as offered up solutions based on i4cp's research. Board members sorted themselves into breakouts, based on which of the top 5 retention issues interests them the most. 

This virtual meeting leveraged the collective, cross-functional expertise from all six i4cp Boards - DOs, CHROs, CLTOs, and leaders in TA, Total Rewards, and People Analytics from a diverse array of companies, such as Google, Uber, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Target, LinkedIn, Ford Motor Company, The Walt Disney Company, American Express, and the Federal Reserve.
