We held an all-executive boards (CHRO, CLTO, CDO, TA, Total Rewards, and People Analytics) meeting where we had a powerful and interactive discussion on employee value propositions; aiming to answer the broader question: “what does a fully integrated HR approach to ensuring an effective EVP look like?” In a private, cross-functional setting, we explored the key elements of an EVP (and what has changed recently), how success should be determined, and how best to work across HR functions.
