Q3 2020 HRBP Development Cohort Webinar #1: People Analytics for HRBPs

Patti Phillips hosted our webinar targeted at building greater HRBP capabilities in people analytics. Patti is the president and CEO of ROI Institute and chair of i4cp's People Analytics Board.  She helps human resources and learning practitioners develop capability in measurement, evaluation, and human capital analytics. Patti was a lead contributor to the i4cp HRBP Analytics Toolkit.

The People Analytics for HR Business Partners webinar featured a panel of experienced leaders from the People Analytics centers of expertise (COE’s) of selected i4cp member companies. Patti and the COE leaders asked and answered questions on ways HRBPs can address common analytics problems and create practical analytics solutions that elevate the HRBP’s role beyond reporting.
