The conference is hosted on the CrowdCompass platform, and can be accessed either via mobile app or your browser. The video sessions themselves will be hosted in Zoom.

Yes, slides and/or session materials will be made available for most sessions shortly after the conference concludes. In addition to session slides, we'll make other resources available, including select i4cp research, infographics, and templates.
Recordings of most sessions will be made available as soon as possible, exclusively to conference attendees via the conference platform.
The recordings will be exclusively available to conference attendees through the end of the year. At some point in early 2021, we'll make select recordings available to the full i4cp membership. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
All individuals who were registered for the physical conference are automatically registered for the virtual conference. Additionally, each paid in-person pass will convert to 5 virtual passes to allow 4 of your co-workers to attend at no additional expense. Please note that these additional passes are to be used within your organization and not shared more broadly.
Every previously registered attendee will receive a special code via email that can be distributed to four others within your organization; if you can’t find the email in your inbox, please contact us.

This year has presented more than its share of surprises and challenges. As you know, based on many attendees’ inability to attend the conference at the last minute, we rescheduled the March conference just weeks ahead of the event. This was well past the refund date and the deadline to cancel many of our financial agreements we had in place with the hotel and other vendors. To ensure we can continue to provide the premium experience expected of i4cp, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations. We hope you understand this unanticipated situation and we appreciate all of the members who have advised and assisted us through this process.
If you were booked on i4cp’s hotel room block at the Fairmont Scottsdale, your reservation has been automatically canceled. If you were booked outside of the room block or at another hotel, you will need to call to cancel your reservation. If you're unsure, please contact the Fairmont to verify.
We are offering a virtual version of the Culture Renovation™ workshop across two days (September 23 - 24). If you paid to attend the workshop, we'll provide you with the opportunity to register four colleagues at no additional cost.
